Process
Posts can be fixed with metal supports or set in concrete for extra security.
BASE
Fixing treated horizontal gravel boards to the bottom of the fence provides a lower fence line to create a protective gap to prevent damp from reaching the fence boards.
RAILS
Rails can be fitted to the posts or on an arris rail that is fitted into the fence post and provides a surface for the fence board to be fitted vertically to the rails.
CAPPING
The top of the fence is capped with a strip of wood to protect the fence boards from weathering.
